Competition carpet design

Originally conceived as a competition entry, this geometric composition did not advance to the final round. Its vibrant energy and symbolic equilibrium resonated deeply with the artist. Recognizing its potential, Andrea chose to pursue its realization and commissioned a handwoven version from Berber artisans in Morocco.

At the heart of the design lies a symbolic park. A central flowerbed of vivid red blooms is encircled by stylized fountains and secluded green corners. The motif evokes a serene garden oasis framed by dynamic geometry and bold contrasts. Currently presented as an AI visualization. The final carpet will be documented upon completion.
